My work and what I focus on revolves around discovering unique and personal tools that unite all aspects of our being. I use a combination of movement, breath, stillness, and mindset coaching techniques and tools to create deliberate and intentional sessions that are unique, safe, engaging and personalized. I will always meet you where you are at, and we will move deeper together.
I have discovered over the years that health does not just mean moving our bodies. Definitely keeping our bodies strong through movement, exercise and yoga is so important and positively affects our thoughts and emotions. But… Optimal wellness is truly a blend of the physical along with attuning our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, to our inner knowing and to the greater presence that surrounds us. This influence of coaching methods blended with physical movement is what directs my sessions and techniques.
