Somatic stress release is a cornerstone of my coaching practice. Stress often manifests physically within our bodies, leading to tension, discomfort, and a range of other symptoms, and disease. Through somatic stress release techniques, we will work to identify and release these physical manifestations of stress. This process involves mindful movement, breathwork, and mind/body awareness exercises that help you reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.
By addressing stress and trauma at its source, these techniques not only alleviate immediate symptoms but also empower you to manage stress more effectively in the long term.
