You will find here mindful based somatic practices that focus on proper alignment in the body, moving slow, and listening to your body, mind, and heart’s needs.
I purposefully weave in a variety of techniques incorporating yoga philosophy, somatic techniques, polyvagal tools, nervous system regulation, anatomy and alignment principles, and exercise physiology.
My style incorporates slower, mindful movements that help you connect mind with body, to create a deep sense of inner alignment, restoration, and space to tune in and meet. yourself where you’re at. Focus will be on cultivating presence and awareness to improve one’s overall well-being.

A mindful practice on the floor focusing on opening the heart and releasing the chest. Includes some gentle twists and restful postures for the upper body, focusing on supporting the postural muscles. A relaxing, centering class that will leave you feeling expanded and balanced. All levels.
Yoga Nidra is a systematic relaxation practice. You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation. Tracking time in quiet brain states will be encouraged, as this is where the mind is most receptive, and has the potential to shift internal belief patterns. This practice is done lying on the floor in complete rest, as you are guided through a full meditation.
A soft and grounding meditation to practice when you just need to slow down. We start with a breathing technique to calm the body and let our thoughts come to stillness. A guided experience to reduce stress and feel more centered.
This short and sweet breath exercise helps to slow heart rate, blood pressure, and helps to quiet the mind, all of which activate the Parasympathetic nervous system to rest and reset. Great for all levels, this breath pattern will bring about a feeling of spaciousness, peace and contentment.
