'Embodied Resilience' Somatic Stress Release work is a powerful holistic system that focuses on enhancing body-mind awareness and maximizing the body's capacity to complete biological stress responses through various supportive tools and techniques. Throughout this program, you will learn to restore and optimize your innate ability to adapt and confidently navigate challenges that arise in life. Within our time together, you will deepen your capacity to be in relationship with life and stress - to experience more happiness, health and ease.

Hi I’m Erin
I am super passionate about empowering adults who feel stressed, anxious or disconnected with the skills to release stress and live with more happiness and ease, using embodiment, nervous system regulation, and positive psychology practices.
I believe everyone needs a custom approach to life, health, and wellness. My goal is for you to experience a safe, comfortable space where you can do the deep and important work that your body and soul is calling you to do - to ride the waves of life, and to manage stress with confidence and clarity.
This is where I come in. My coaching is focused on Somatic Integrative Wellness where we will focus on all areas of Mind, Emotions, Body and Spirit. Using a multitude of different tools and techniques, primarily focused on somatic body work, positive psychology, and nervous system regulation, together we will identify how to shift stuck patterns to build your inner resilience - to best achieve your goals in a holistic, supportive way.

In this program you will:
Gain a deeper understanding of stress, what it really means, and how it affects us
Learn how to identify triggers for distress & your stress signals
Cultivate your inner resources to enhance your resilience
Learn embodied mindfulness and stress management techniques
Engage in movement practices including embodiment, yoga, authentic movement and others to release trapped or stored energy
Experience guided meditations, nervous system tools, and breath practices to build resilience and regulate your nervous system
Stop burnout and rebuild depleted biological resources
Take control of your relationship with stress, to live a life of greater well-being
Have the opportunity to be guided, to share, and to receive what you need in a small, safe, supportive group setting
Learn and also experience the practices through live or online sessions – built to suit a variety of learning styles
Experience Restorative Practices – such as guided meditations, visualization, cellular breathing, yoga Nidra, ball work, etc.
How does 'Embodied Resilience - Somatic Stress Release' program work?
We are a small intimate group of adults
We meet weekly for 90 minutes - online or in person (depending on which suits you most)
A new, relevant topic will be looked at weekly with resources provided to dive into the content in between
Topics will progress weekly covering valuable strategies to help you manage mental health challenges
Explore effective somatic and cognitive practices to help you release and manage stress, and regulate your nervous system
Expand your inner resilience and capacity to show up in life the way you choose - with full agency, empowerment, and health
Attend group sessions as you choose and participate as you feel comfortable
This is a safe space for you. Come as you are, and as you need
Foundations & Connection: *Set group agreements, build safety and trust, and share experiences with stress.
Somatic Stress Management: *Explore the Head/Heart/Body/Being framework and discuss stress from a somatic lens, including the body's response and the role of awareness.
Awareness & Practical Exercises: *Build awareness of how stress manifests in your body and mind, and reflect on your personal responses to stimuli throughout the week.
Module 2 -Navigating the stress response cycle: moving through the sympathetic system
Understanding the SRC Cycle: *Learn the Stress Response Cycle using the wave metaphor to visualize the process.
Mobilization Techniques: *Discover and deeply explore macro mobilizations and ways to shift and navigate stress with bigger practices.
The Power of Pauses: *Understand the importance of pauses, distinguishing them from catharsis, and how they lead to actualization and de-activation.
Group Practice: *Engage in group exercises to practice mobilizations together and deepen into the work.
Module 3 - gentle acknowledgement: moving through the parasympathetic system
Resilience Techniques: *Introduction to key resilience practices including Pendulation, Shelving, and Titration.
Actualization Awareness: *Learn to recognize when shifts occur within the body, building awareness and sensation around these changes.
Gentle Mobilization Techniques: *Discover and explore gentler mobilizations and ways to shift and navigate stress with more tender practices.
Module 4 – Deepening Awareness: energy management and Emotional Resilience
Self-Regulation Mastery: *Understand depletion and repletion, and identify what restores your reserves and how this builds resilience.
Emotional Processing & Regulation: *Learn to navigate and process emotions effectively, moving through them rather than staying stuck.
Introspection & Needs Assessment: *Reflect on what your system needs—active mobilization or passive restoration—during stress.
Module 5 – Transforming Stress: Mind-Body Integration and the power of restoration
Reframe Stressful Thoughts: *Discover how thoughts affect stress levels and physical health, and strategies to 'be-friend' the mind.
Practical Application: *Practice effective positive psychology techniques to effectively manage and mitigate cognitive stressors.
Deep Self-Inquiry & Reflection: *Explore what true restoration looks and feels like for you while experiencing practices that foster deep relaxation and restoration.
Module 6 - Closing Session – Final Reflections: Celebrating Progress and Planning for the Future
Acknowledgement Reflection: *Acknowledge your growth and dedication. Reflect on the most significant pieces of the workshop and how it has influenced you.
Group Sharing: *Discuss the most impactful experiences, shifts since the beginning of the session, and future actions to implement in your life.
Future Steps: *Explore what comes next and how to continue applying the workshop’s teachings in your everyday life.

60min - Somatic yoga class - Experience a blend of yoga asana, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, breath work, and meditation - where mind/body converge - to regulate your nervous system with a variety of tools
15min - (Optional) group discussion offered after class to unpack the experience and connect as a group (not-recorded)
