In this journey of optimal wellbeing, together we explore the mind, emotions, the body, and associated behaviours – with intentional crafted sessions combining somatic work, nervous system regulation, and positive psychology practices, we explore what’s holding you back in life – to process the things that are difficult, and to release stored distress and trauma through the body, mind and heart in a supportive, gentle way.
Over 6 meaningful weeks we gather to connect and co-regulate in community, for ourselves and with others. This deep, intentional, and diverse workshop series is crafted to offer a variety of research-based tools and techniques integrating somatic work, with nervous system regualtion, positive psychology, yoga, mindfulness, and so much more!
